who owns my video profile?

Standard industry copyright rules apply here. You own the publishing rights (i.e. you can specify who the information is sent to) and the consultancy own the copyright (i.e. the package of information that they have paid to produce). You have the right to request information held about you as you would in any situation (medical, banking, HR, etc.) and the commissioning company must allow you to see this. However you may also be allowed to purchase a copy of your “showcase” to enable you to market yourself to other organisations in a unique and innovative way.
